I first heard about this in a sermon and the preacher said: "when all the friends around you are succeeding or getting miracles, be happy, because it means Jesus is in town and he'll definitely visit you soon".

This growth pang actually makes me dream more and put in more work because I see the colleague's breakthrough as a new possibility for myself.
