Consistency isn't doing it 10 times a day— It's doing it daily for 10 days, 10 weeks, 10 months or 10 years...
Doing it 10 times in a row is intensity.
Doing it 10 days in a row is consistency.
Imagine:
Eating 3 times your regular meal size so you can be full for the next 3 days.
Spend 4 hours bathing because you want to remain clean for the next 4 days.
Sleeping for 5days at a stretch because you want to remain awake for the next 5 days.
Sigh 😲
Those actions are beneficial only when practiced over a period.
Being essential activities you'll do anyways—eating, bathing and sleeping— you can chain other productive activities to them.
If you can do it 10 times in a stretch, you can do it for 10 days, 10 weeks, 10 months or 10 years.
Your dreams are waiting to be fulfilled.
Don't disappoint your future.
Add consistency to your intensity.
